Actually I thought we would just force him to come to Dallas and then give him a blank check.

In that case let's just find some information compromising information we can use against him and offer him a position as a GA.

Next coach we get give him a variable rate plan. Perfect season gets XX (like 3.5 mil) to a 0-12 season gets 300k. I feel that way we can recruit big time coaches and it ties their incentives to the success of a season. That way Jones only gets 1.6 mil instead of 2 mil. Obviously this can all be adjusted but I figure for the serious coaches this is a great plan.

Had a five year 10 million dollar deal......while impressive that we pay the same, shows you the level at which we pay.

Since you put all those things message board fans can do if you are the coach, it goes without saying. If I was Kansas AD, I would hire you as Kansas Jayhawks Head FC. Since I'm not the Kansas AD, I can't hire you.

Open the vault...could you imagine Klemm/Gill/Porter recruiting the Dallas/Fort Worth area? It'll never happen, but whoo-ee, would love to see what kind of talent they would land.
