With Houston loss, where do we end up Bowl wise?

I feel like Houston will take Ticket City Bowl and Tulsa taking Armed
Forces Bowl. Do we have to go to Hawaii and play Nevada with
JJ McTerrible?

I thought the general guess was that we go to Hawaii only if Houston WINS today. Not true?
