Why do they have Boise as the MWC no 1 on that site?

The Liberty Bowl won’t get its usual Conference USA team unless a deal is made to secure league champion and 24th-ranked Southern Mississippi, which stunned No. 6 Houston, 49-28, in Saturday’s title game. The SEC didn’t have enough bowl-eligible teams to fill its bowl contracts - the Compass Bowl in Birmingham is left without a SEC team and the Big East contract with the Liberty/Compass bowls calls for it to always play a SEC team. If one isn’t available in the Compass Bowl, it plays one in the Liberty, as will be the case this year.

Ticket City Bowl would be awesome, but I would also like to play SDSU in the New Mexico Bowl! Team gets their trip, close enough for the fans and a good opponent for us. I will be happy with Hawaii too!
