We need to keep him until he retires. What chance do you think SMU has of landing another NCAA Coach of the Year?
We only got him here in the first place because after issuing the ultimatum to Hawaii's AD, we were the only head coaching gig open in the country.

We won't meet his ultimatum here. And if he leaves that next school won't meet them either....
Guy is an egomaniac and his specialty, offense, has been embarrassing for 2.5 years

i thought he came here for a more admirable reason than we were the only opening left in the country. but if thats true, it adds up that he would leave now on the first ship out. He had to stay 4 years otherwise he would have been labeled a hopper. this is his realistic first opportunity to bolt.

Techincally, it would be the third ship.
