Proposal to keep June here

Let's build him a statute outside Ford, or better yet on the Boulevard, kind of like what Alabama did for Saban. Just June, standing there, draped by a bushy lei, and the statute would be surrounded by dozens of Tiki torches with eternal flames inside them like they have for JFK's gravesite at Arlington Cemetery. Incoming freshmen would be required to kiss June's feet on the statute before their first class at SMU, otherwise they wouldn't graduate, according to the lore that I just made up. We need something new anyways when it comes to campus lore because I stomped all over the seal in Dallas Hall and graduated in 4 years.
On an unrelated note, I'm drunk.

I wont step on any seal at SMU. The Dallas Hall seal legend scared me to death. I still have a semester to go, not going to risk it...

I was always the kid who yelled watch out for the seal, and if they got close tackle them and say Do you not want to graduate!?
Dont worry the seal will get you when you least expect it!

I propose this: If Jones wants to be gone, then he should go. If the people who pay his salary want him gone, then he should be gone. If everyone is okay wiht him staying, then he should stay.
However it turns out, I propose people who don't control these things and simply post on this board, myself included, should consider the overall history of accomplishment rather than isolated recent events when evaluating the contributions Jones made to this football program.
