Assume JJ is gone

Obviously we take a severe blow to this years recruiting class, especially if Klemm goes with him.

That aside, does anyone have an insight on the rest of the changes that are in the process of being implemented? (many of which I am glad we have had a stubborn proponent for in June)

Specifically:

1) Does IPF break ground on time? Will it still go in a favorable location, or will it get pushed off-campus without JJ demanding it adjacent to existing football facilities?

2) Admissions/Academic Support? Will these issues still be a front-burner, or will we lose ground here too?

June leaving will obviously be a breath of fresh air for the academics & "master planners" he presumably battles on a routine basis. How many of the unfinished projects will either be completed half-a$$ed or tabled altogether?

Whoever takes over will likely need to be just as headstrong as JJ has been. The ball is rolling, but we need someone willing to champion these movements and make sure they are done right.

#1 - ball is rolling and it will be built

#2 - once again, the ball is rolling and will not be stopped

These were all going to be done with big east money and with or without JJ..

The IPF was already funded, it was JJ who didnt want players to walk across the street.

The locker room, offices, ect were finished with JJ acting basically as general contracter to the tune of 3m.

Its all coming and prob more..

They don't get a vote. Board of Trustees is on our side not to mention the largest donors to the University.

That doesnt stop them from protesting though. Im sure nothing will get affected, but always to point out the enemy never sleeps.

RGV what do you mean about IPF would have been done? Is this thing for sure going where Westcott is now? The alternative was the old Mrs Baird's spot? I really don't see the big deal on this one. Presumably the IPF will have offices, weights, etc, yeah?

IPF was going to be started this past year at mrs. bairds...

jj didnt want plaers to walk across mockingbird, so school has to figure out where to put soccer team...

So jj's players dont have to cross street we are moving soccer off campus

Will it still be at Wescott then, or will it move across the street?
