June should be fired! Bring in Morris!

he's a good one for sure...

Morris just got a raise and is making 1.3 million per year. We would have to buy his contract out them pay the 9 to million due June after we fired him. If Morris even wanted to come here. I don't it would happen.

I am betting that contract has an escape clause or something if he is leaving to be a head coach somewhere. I want Morris HC, Mason DC, and Klemm OC with Morris calling plays. That's my dream team.

Clemson just "moved" to secure Morris after rumored inquiries from Ohio State, but he's all over the news over here and people are concerned about SMU throwing money at him for a head coaching opportunity

they should be concerned...especially with Gilbert transfering and hopefully getting 2 yrs of eligibility.

Bet Printz would stay for him too

No escape clause just a good sized buyout. That is way they redid the contract in the first place to keep schools from coming after him as a head coach.

He prob has an out clause for head coach

What about the OC for Baylor?

Morris has been a "hot name" for a while now. JJ was a "splash hire" at the time. That would be quite a "splash fire/hire" if the C of C bought JJ out and could get Chad in. Better move before the ink dries on his reported deal with Clemson (will have to get approvals as he's at a S.C public university)

Might let Jones go to Hawaii for no buy out just to get him off the mainland. then we could go after Morris.
