Arizona State Pulls Offer

http://espn.go.com/college-football/sto ... ources-say

Love the line that negative reaction from fans and boosters caused ASU to pull the offer it had extended.

But apparently, June is still good enough for us.

I still hold out hope that the same will happen here, our fans and boosters will force him out as well.

But probably not, we are too lazy for that....

It's not a question of lazy, let's end that discussion right now...it's a significant amount of money.especially for a team that needs to market itself.

1 year, suck it up...

Next year is a double farewell tour - to JJ and CUSA.
Someone should make t-shirts.

I still don't buy the money thing, if a significant amount of the right boosters were as ticked off by this as most on this board, a buyout check would be sitting on Orsini's desk tomorrow.

I still have a feeling that June has coached his last game here, I hope I am right.

Possibly but looking more like he will be here for a year.

It's not just the buyout cash, let's say we pay it, now jj gets to go whereever he wants...you think c of c want him to have his cake and eat it too...

He is damaged goods now more so than ever, he will never get a BCS job, Hawail may take him back, but that is it...

He is done now, he's old, disloyal, and not even that successful, a Sunbelt team would pass on him at this juncture.
