Guess the KU people don't follow Notre Dame football. This could almost turn out worse than the Gill hire.

Because the attending had to leave the hospital and he started having internal hemorrhaging and he said the doctors on call were negligent. No long lasting concerns but still felt he needed to sue.

I can head down to Lawrence tomorrow and make sure a map of all the local buffets finds a way into his coat pocket. We will have nothing to worry about....Just have to wait until the snow stops.

I actually think it's a solid hire. In fact, I think all of the "finalists" were interesting.
Depends on how you define solid. This guy had ND recruits and didn't win anything, what's he going to do with 2nd tier Midwestern recruits at a basketball school? I figure best case scenario he squeezes out a couple of minor bowl bids then leaves for a better job. Weis is the guy you want running your offense, not your whole program.

texts i have gotten from ku alum are not happy.....fat jokes are flying.
(these are all people originally from omaha though, so they are husker football fans/jayhawk basketball fans, so they don't really care that much)

My favorite thing about KU games with Mangino though were the giant Mangino heads on a stick in the stands. Maybe they will bring them back for Charlie.
