Sources claim that I am on my way to Fort Collins. I'll be working with my former roomie Jim. I'll be the DC and Asst HC. Pitt doesn't have any coaches for the Bowl game so I thought I'd even it out. Adios. Hope the Ponies wear blue for the bowl game.

I hope this is a joke and not true. If true then we've really hit the wall.

They were playing better but the biggest problem with this defense is that it did not generate turnovers. You can't assume those, I understand. However, part of a Jones system is that defense creates the turnovers for quick strike opportunities.

I think SMU was a combined minus -20 in the last two seasons.

Coaches come and go.

TCU is about to lose or did lose a couple of assistants who were going with Fuente to Memphis. One of the rumored names was Rusty Burns.

Coaches come and go.

offense made way too many, that's why it was so lopsided.

That, I believe, is more of a problem with the offense than the defense.

Right but if your defense was forcing the issue, that number would be respectable. Even as wheels off as Baylor's defense was, Bennett's crew seemed to be forcing a lot toward the end of the season.

I'm confused...so the rumor is Mason is gone or is he actually already gone? I thought the D won us games this year...QB play didn't help that -20

ok, so now we know the 3 that JJ was talking about at lunch on monday.

if i was in his shoes, and knew i was about to have that sort of exodus of my staff, i would probably be looking around too. guess Graham did the same.
