Got tickets, airfare and hotel - B-Ham here we come!!

Come on Mustang Nation - get on board. We are BCS, we still have our coach (wasn't pretty - but at least he ain't Todd Graham), we get to beat Pitt again, Birmingham is actually really fun - and we dont have to drive 50 yds to our own stadium for our bowl game.

Given the timing - yes we are. Long term we shall see. But for now we have a fun team with a great date in a fun town - so if you are a Mustang fan there is only one place to be on January 7th. See you there!

For those still making plans - try to get in there Friday afternoon - there is a pep rally in a fun spot that late afternoon followed by a party (free) afterward. Details to follow. Should be a good bash. Enough drama - lets have some fun.

We're staying at the Embassy Suites. It's near a huge shopping canter and bars ans restaurants.

Cant wait to get there. Supposedly 5:30 pep rally in five corners area, followed by party.
9:30 Sat am tail gate - have heard on east side of stands.
Lets bring the Boulevard with us!

Getting in early morning on Friday so that I can hit the luncheon and then head down to the street fair, pep rally, and party.
Figure if I am going to travel for this, might as well go to all of the events

Just got approval from my adult supervision-wife. See y'all down there. Let's put the last couple of weeks behind us. Time to start living up to our AQ status.
