Thank God we are now getting rid of the June Jones Run & Shoot influence. The less pieces of June Jones in Hawaii, the better off we'll be.

Hawaii's HC hires keep getting older and older. Nice retirement gig I guess.

Petros & Money were just talking about this hire. Petros said he had been talking to one of June's assistants from Hawaii (didn't say who, so don't know if it is one of our coaches) said Hawaii could be a gold mine, but they didn't do any recruiting.

I know this isn't really news to anyone, and that Hawaii had no recruiting budget, but the guy was saying only 3 or 4 coaches ever left to recruit. The rest of the staff would just chill and take the players that came to them....Sounds like some things never change.

I pleased NC finally got an HC gig!

The "coach whose name is unmentionable" had a hissy fit that Chow was getting so much publicity, including being referenced as the co-Head Coach, that he started stripping him of his power and basically forced him out!

The results were USC had the children (Sarkisian and Kiffin) trying to do Norm's job and we all know how that turned out against Vince Young and BEVO.

The arrogance and misplaced pride of the "coach whose name is unmentionable" cost USC its third consecutive National Championship!

I'm hoping Norm Chow shines now that he has finally gotten his chance to be the BOSS!

I feel I should be eating chow resting on lounge chair at the Sheraton Waikiki overlooking the Pacific Ocean right about now and awaiting Padron leading us to victory in Hawaii Bowl in a couple of days
