I am very thankful that we beat ECU last year, otherwise we might have been the first to earn that dubious distinction!

I hate to be the one to remind, but in 1963 Hayden Fry took his 4 - 6 team to the Sun Bowl and lost to Oregon, 21 - 14.
I don't know if a member of that team posts on this board, but if so I'd be interested in knowing the player's reaction to the idea of a bowl game in those circumstances.
