How about a little congrats to the 8-4 QB.
Yes, perhaps we could have won S Miss or another game or two, but considering the injuries, and the BIG win over TCU, congrats to JJ.

Yes, congratulations to him and the rest of his teammates.
Amazing what some rest and recovery can do.

JJ deserves better than he got from many on this board this year. The guy played with a lot of courage all season. He looked so much better today after he had time to heal a little bit. Way to go JJ! Get some relaxation and savor a great bowl victory.

Probably a long shot...but does JJ have a shot in the NFL? As a senior (I think?) he didn't even play the final snap, I guess his football days are over, hopefully thats not the case, but if it is, at least he lead the team to an 8-5 finish and a win in his last game.

I cannot visualize him in the NFL. And that is not a criticism, just my opinion.

I have been one of the more passionate McDermott bashers on this board, but I think that he will get ashot at the NFL based on his good size and adequate arm strength.
Can be be a starter? HELL no, but practice squad or 3rd string MIGHT be possible. I wouldn't put money on it though.
