Since ED and some his teammates from the 83 Cotton Bowl team were there, anyone know why Lance didn't come. I know he used to go to games at home. Would have been great to see him in Birmingham.

Are you sure he wasn't there? I have no idea, just saying that he could have been in the stands just being a fan.

Lance is a great Mustang and Letterman. He has always been around the program. Hopefully with the recent success, more and more guys will continue to join him and Dickerson. We need all Mustangs from all eras.

Don't know if I an say name but another person Orsini wanted back into the fold has agreed to help with the National Development council. Don't know if he was a truly big name player, but he is well known in the Austin and Texas real estate community.

Not calling lance out or being a stalker. I didn't know if he was there or not. If he wasn't, I wish he was to enjoy a great moment of remembrance with some of his teammates from that Cotton Bowl team - would have been cool. I knew he came to lots of home games during our hard times figured he still comes in the good times. Not a big deal, just a question.

Thanks Ponyscott; that is more of my question - I know he is a great fan. Once again, i was not implying anything by the post - it was more to recognize his part of SMU history.
