I appreciate what the team did this past season but for fun...

10) Navy game, nuf said.

9) The Houston game, no offense, and that end of the game TD given up to the backup QB to mar whatever moral victory the defense had in the game.

8 ) NWSt fumble return for a TD marring a shutout by the defense.

7) Two ints on the first two drives at A$M.

6) The Offense's disappearing act at USM and TU including 6 ints and a fumble.

5) Zach Line's season ending injury.

4) Onside kick at A$M.

3) Turnover margin - worst in FBS.

2) Decommits of several top recruits

1) June Jones ASU fiasco

For the Arkyland Express, the loss of the Mississippi State play by play announcer. Nothing kept one on the edge of their seat like that guy.

I would throw in the Williams injury as a possibility. Terrible injury late in a game when just trying to eat up clock.

1-10 - Lack of consistent offense, and a deep threat receiver.

The 5-1 start to the 2011 football season, which raised SMU fan's expectations for a double digit win season, only to give way to a disappointing 2-4 finish to the season.

Injuries to Williams, Line, etc.

Incessant whining and moaning by fans who have turned on the team and have the answers to evvvverything.

10) Zach Line injured late against Navy and out for the season, 2 TDs and 393 yards short of tying Dickerson's SMU records for TDs and yards with (3) games left to play
09) Yanking KP during A&M and not giving him an honest change to win his job back (a 30 yard bomb and a few QB options)
08) Looking ill-prepared for Southern Miss' defense
07) Looking insanely ill-prepared for Tulsa's defense
06) Not acting like it bothered the offense or the people in charge in either game
05) Wasting an otherwise stellar defensive 3-quarter performance against Houston with terrible 3rd down and red zone play calling
04) Saying that it wasn't worth a week practicing for Navy, over-celebrating Navy, then getting our [Gary Patterson]s handed to us in the second half, beaten every which way, on both sides of the ball, for the fifth time in a row...leading all who watched the game, without a doubt, certain that it was in fact worth a week practicing for Navy.
03) Allowing your agent to vomit the finality of ASU offer in all types of media before a) it was final b) before you'd let your employer know c) during one of the most important recruiting weekends for SMU and focusing part of your efforts on this, instead of on the recruits
02) Allowing Klemm to be whooed away by ULCA, causing a mass exodus of all his California recruits, representing a majority of his recruiting efforts while employed here
01) June not really apologizing for how the ASU situation was handled, dismissing any damage caused or culpability, despite both being obvious

The A&M onside kick was the most cringe-inducing moment for me.

Lowest light for the season was the entire Navy game. What a stinker!

The Navy game. If the Mustangs had won that game they would have played in a better bowl game (publicity, opponent, fan turnout, etc.), in my opinion. I cannot stand losing to the Midshipmen!

-Onside kick at A&M.
-Navy game was terrible, they ran all over our butts.
-The two new mustangs that are also the new mascots or whatever they are supposed to be... You are not supposed to ride your mascot!
