Wow, that's a pretty loaded schedule. Initial thought is that reaching .500 would be a pretty good season. If we had any kind of home field advantage then I'd expect better, but just getting 5-6 wins will be tough next year.

I know others have said this, but the season opener at Baylor is begging for a massive caravan down I-35.
If we can't bring 4-5k to Baylor for a season opener on the Saturday of Labor Day weekend, shame on us.

In El Paso for Texas/OU and Tulsa on Thanksgiving weekend. Open date between A&M and TCU. Other than not playing on Thanksgiving weekend this is about as good as we could hope for.

And it is right in the middle of Texas..so you should have people coming from Houston, Austin, San Antonio, etc with no problem. I like having two weeks to prepare for TCU 8)

I think it will be TCU like last time.
I think making it Fam Wkend helped keep more tix out of froggie hands in 2010 since the school sells Fam Wkend tix as part of that package they have for students.

There will be RBA bus options for Baylor, Tulane and Rice if the Mustang Club isn't already doing. By God, I'm going to try to make this a traveling group!

Is this the best home slate in Ford Stadium history?
Not that there's much competition.
7 games - TCU, A&M, Houston

Schedule sets up well for a conference title run, only back to back conference road games are against 2 of our weakest opponents UTEP and Tulane (though we've had a lot of trouble winning in El Paso) and we get Houston, Tulsa and Southern Miss at home.

It is nice to see us playing A&M on a week other than the first game of the year. Maybe we can put up a fight!

Nice schedule, only two games outside the state of Texas.
