We caught a break last year when TCU's stadium construction forced the game to go back to Saturday.
PLEASE KEEP THIS GAME ON SATURDAY WHERE IT BELONGS!

I'd love to have all 7 PM games too. However, if playing a 12, 1 or 2 o'clock gets us exposure on TV then I'm all in favor of that.

If they could make TCU a weeknight game on ESPN, I'd be all for it. Especially Thurs night so HS recruits can see us

SMU and CUSA do not have an ESPN Contract so it won't be on ESPN. Home team owns rights

Unless ESPN does a one game deal, as they did two years ago.

Two years ago they played in Lubbock which is a Big 12/ESPN team and SMU played TCU in Dallas when CUSA was an ESPN Conference back then

You're right, I forgot that they moved it to Friday to abide by the CUSA non-Saturday prime time deal.

Dear SMU, do whatever gets us the best exposure. I will be at the game if you decide to play it at 2 am.

ALL NIGHT GAMES. It is a fact that all 2pm games are completely EMPTY. The UTEP game was at night last yr, and even that had a decent crowd.

I will be worried if the T.C.U. game is anything but on Saturday evening.

Go back and see how TCU and Boise State built their programs. They would play on any night of the week to get exposure. They don't have to do that now but that was a big deal in getting recruits to go there.

That makes sense for Sept. and early Oct., but towards the end of the season it should be much colder at night. I understand Dallas weather can be unpredictable, but I'd expect it to be pretty cold for the USM and Tulsa games if they kickoff at 7 PM.
