Ford Field Attendance Advice

I know huge crowds at Ford are not the norm, but SMU has two big games against hated rivals from the SWC era (my era). This fall, I am planning on flying to Dallas to visit the family and to catch a game at Ford Field. Having moved to CT some time ago, I haven't been to a game at the new place.
I have a few question about actually attending a game there:
1) How much are single game tickets normally? When I watch on TV, the visitor side is always empty and seats on the 50 seem abundant. If I buy tickets over there, will I end up sitting with a bunch of Aggies/Frogs? Otherwise, what are the best areas to buy single game tickets in (I am a Mustang Club member if that matters)?
2) How does parking work? There wasn't much parking near the campus in my day. I cannot imagine where people park.
3) Would the DART train work? Because my dad has had both knees replaced, I wouldn't want to do that unless there was some sort of shuttle available.
4) How does the pre-game work? I would want to drop by any events my fraternity might be having. Are they at the frat houses or the "Vard?
