Former SMU tackle Kelvin Beachum, Jr., had a long wait, but finally heard his name called in the seventh round of the NFL Draft by the Pittsburgh Steelers. Beachum visited with PonyFans.com to discuss his reaction to the wait and his thoughts about how he'll fit with his new team.

Having spoken with him in the past, I am glad. He is a good young man, and I am proud he was a Mustang. Hope all the best for Beach.
