Particulars: 6-1/230, Sr.; Oxford (Mich.) High
Buzz: Despite missing the last three games last season with a broken foot, Line still rushed for 1,224 yards and 17 TDs; he ranked seventh nationally in rushing at 122.4 yards per game. It was his second consecutive 1,000-yard season, and he has gained 2,718 yards and scored 27 TDs in the past two seasons. He has rushed for 259 yards in two games against TCU and has 15 100-yard games in the past two seasons. Line has 34 career rushing TDs, which is third-most among active players, behind only Montee Ball and Denard Robinson.

I think he has a HUGE year this season. Dude is a beast if he can stay healthy.

Max Lemming has him as the No. 1 FB in the country.

The reason Line will play in the NFL is the flexibility it allows teams to have at the RB position. Having a FB that can run the ball if the RB's go down with injury in the same game allows roster flexibility as well. Teams are able to carry one less RB on the 53 man roster (see John Kuhn). Add the fact that he can be a special teams standout and that makes him a great NFL prospect IMO.

yeah, I'll never forget that goal line tackle at TCU that pinned them deep in their own side of the field late in the game.

Yep I remember that one as well. Playing pretty banged up too if memory serves.

Are you talking about the tackle and forced fumble he caused agianst TCU to open the 2nd half in which Parks recovered for a TD?
