So for all the hoopla surrounding klemm and his recruiting, how many of his guys are even still around?? Just Preston I think now. What a waste. Cali kids were never going to be the answer.

I think it has nothing to do with their state of origin.

There are very few of Klemm's recruits on campus anymore, PP and I were going through the list yesterday. Reich, Gottschalk, Lasecki, Preston.

When you watch practice, Jones spends his entire time with the receivers and QBs. He completely relies on the coaching staff to tell him how the other players are doing. So, when some of us heard coaches say that Reich or Gottschalk or whomever is doing well, that was really coming from Klemm.

I think this year we are going to find out if those players are really good, or if Klemm was just hyping up his own recruits to the rest of the coaching staff.

So are you going to get on Jones for complimenting his players like when he said that he would take Kaiser in the 1st round of the NFL? Is it racism, Klemm hate or both? Man you have it out for Klemm pretty bad. Almost a fixation. If we lose it will not be because of Klemm's recruits it will be a team effort. Also, Holleman (who is a Klemm) according to PP did pretty well today, not saying he will start. Let's just hope that all the players do well and that we get this young man back to SMU this week.

For the record, I think Ace looked good on Saturday. Much more fluid than the other tall receivers, and much, much more potential. He just has to grab the job and make it his.
