Good presentation. Of course that was Adidas and not nike. The only ones who have greater arrogance than nike are orange colored cows to the south of Dallas.
Hopefully our new AD can find a way out of that agreement or at least force them to make our letters larger than their logo.

Little difference between that video presentation and our still picture of a fat guy and skinny white dude.

I'm starting to think they took our uniform picture in a hallway AWAY from those present at the luncheon...for obvious reasons.

Or even something like this...on our website, an email or a billboard...grobble, grobble, grobble...I think you mentioned it earlier ponyinNC, it drives me nuts that most of us could've taken our lunch hours, drove to SMU and set up a better reveal than what we got...and this is someone's job!

Hey, I applaud you for what RBA is doing and please, please, please keep it up!!! But yeah, wish we could have done it ourselves...for free.

Like Agassi used to say, IMAGE IS EVERYTHING. With our reveal, our image is that of a DIII program. maybe worse. heads should ROLL!

I would argue that it was not anyone's job to reveal the uniforms, and that's why the "production" was bush league. Nobody gave any thought to it, i'm sure.

Hart is not fully on board and perhaps that explains it.

Hart just got to SMU 3 days ago...and just moved his family to UP this week too. Not Harts fault.
This was NOT a presentation...just showed the Kick off group the uni's....it could have been better presented for certain.

exactly, it was a snapped photo at the luncheon - not sure you can even compare the two. But really, with these plain uniforms, not much to "present" compared to all the other Nike uni's we have seen on other teams.

Yep. Our athletic department doesn't "get it" when it comes to presentation

You know, if I was a new AD, and I knew my school had just switched to Nike, and I knew the jerseys were going to be a re-design, I knew I was hired primarily to re-brand SMU as a national brand and a BCS-worthy program, and I knew all of this would be coming together within days of my official start date...I am pretty darn sure I would be sending copious emails before-hand making sure things were planned to my liking so that my very first week didn't culminate with crap like this. They aren't even posed properly.

These people get paid at lot of money to be effective implementators. This was an important image that gets seen by thousands of fans and the media...I hope there a better version of the shoot being worked and that this was a haphazard "sneak peak", because otherwise we really sh$t the bed here. With the Big East regime, I expect miles better.
