We played them back in the 90's a time or two......weren't much of an attendance draw if I remember correctly. Another series with Ole Miss would be good......lot's of alumni here in Dallas.BigT3x wrote:I'd love to see us play a series with Vanderbilt.

We beat Vandy 44-6 in a near perect game. Season record 1-11.

Amazing what an administration can accomplish when they get behind a program and lead instead of giving lip service for 25 years. VU has the athletes, the recruiting and the academic program (thru Peabody College) to keep them in school. And, I guarantee you they don't call themselves the SMU of the South.

Vandy had a bad missed pass interference call toward the end of the game on their last possession. They would have been in a good position to win the game had the call been made.
