Or are the FCS teams doing really well against FBS opponents? Central Arkansas is beating Ole Miss and Youngstown St is beating Pitt, N Iowa almost beat Wisconsin, App State gave ECU a fight, and so on...

Youngstown State beat Pitt. And Texas State is beating Houston. So not many will win in the end. There's 12 or so that have lost against FBS. Oklahoma State shouldn't even be playing Savannah St. much less go 84-0 on them.

Yes Texas State is WAC this year, Sun Belt next year
