it's clear he doesn't like doing these interviews. Admittedly, it's got to be tough answering stupid questions. At least he makes some time for these guys and we get something to listen to, atleast for those who might still be interested

Pony Fan's Pony Pride does a great job with interview questions. However, the rest of the group leave a lot to be desired with some of the worst interview questions.

Really? I would start by incorporating some hitting in practices. Lots of it, every day. May require pads instead of those waistband flags.
Next move on to some drills that teach stripping and knocking the ball loose, tip drills etc. Did not see an SMU player use those tactics against Baylor.
One more thing. Players could be injured from this more physical brand of football. You can overcome this by asking all of your coaches to go out on the road and recruit players to come here, to SMU, to play football.

I agree with hitting in practice. If we have injuries at worst, blame losses on injuries, yet biggest good: they know how to get physical during the game

For what it's worth, there is very little hitting in NFL practices these days, either. NFL teams, like SMU, do a lot of drills to strip the ball.

Granted but NFL team have preseason games. I hear we did have 1 closed scrimmage though.
