All depends on how our team does... Because they can build on success if we go 6-6 probably best to cry and hide

Keep em all, 2 potential home sellouts on that schedule. Wouldn't look nearly as daunting if we hadn't been recruiting like a Sun Belt team all these years.

Oh yee of little faith-remember when June Jones put that over-head projector up lauding the recruiting abilities of his Coaches. He is a master evaluator. Keep 'em all. TCU will be playing LSU, UT, Tech, OU, OSU, West Virginia, Kansas St, Baylor among others

As trite as it sounds, we need to play anybody anytime to get people to take us seriously and to up the level of the program. Keep them all.
If we aren't at a point to play a schedule like that then we need to rethink things. It's freaking 2013 and we are in the BIG EAST!

I want to keep them all but strategically might not be sound. If we are good at the end then leave it but if we are bad and play like we did against Baylor than we might be having a 3-9 season...

We're staring at 3-9 or 4-8 anyway, even if we do turn out better than expected we'll be losing a ton from this team.

You think this season will be 4-8? I couldn't see anything worse than 6-6. I expect 8-4.

Ah gotcha yeah well we should be giving the younger guys (ones playing next year) as much playing time as possible without sacrificing score so they know how to play a real game. Hopefully we can get 6-6 next year especially with this OOC schedule

Call me a [deleted], but Baylor plays Sam Houston St and Louisiana-Monroe out of conference. UT plays Wyoming and New Mexico. TCU plays Grambling State. All early in the season. OOC games should be tune ups with perhaps a rivalry thrown in like TCU. If we're going to play Tech, TCU, aTm, and Baylor we might as well be in the Big12.

I like 2015 OOc, Baylor NTCC and TCU we should swap NTCC with Baylor if possible and it's perfect

I'll say that if the coach just can't get the team ready to play for our first games, as has been the case for years because they have to prepare only their way which hasn't worked at SMU for a 1st game, we seriously need to just play our 1st game against a Southern U. or whoever Oklahoma State played because most D1 teams would have kicked our [deleted] last Sunday whether they have more talent than us or not. We just have to treat it has a preseason automatic win, then I guess you move forward after the first game and the players have had some game hitting experience like they have been doing.

Agreed. It sounds like this year's schedule was a leftover from PBs days and JJ didn't like it from comments made by both coaches. Most of the "big boys" schedule cupcakes the first couple of weeks. We should do the same IMHO.
