Am I the only person who has not yet received my extra A&M tickets that I bought during the presale?

Check your ticketmaster online, they are in there most likely, mine were

I had the same problem. They don't show up in your general Ticketmaster account. You have to log in through the SMU ticket site, and go to "manage my tickets".
