777 is a "reborn" Mustang fan

We're all reborn, in our infant stage of learning to win again.

However, I was at the Baylor game and watched the first 4 posessions against SFA and I'm sticking with reality.

We come out hard both games, competitive first halves....and I'm stopping.....

If Sean Payton in his time off in Dallas substitutes as coach for a day we have a shot.

So the last three quarters we played weren't real?

If we beat A&M, they might put us on top 25 as a gift, TCU I think is possible, why? Rivalry games are never predictable

Aggy is nowhere near top 25. We beat them, we won't even come close to being ranked. TCU on the other hand is a different story

It was a joke because everyone seems to hate the Aggies so they were giving it to us as a gift and then reverse it

jj's lack of recruiting will start to show up in the next couple of games as well as against the major players in the conference. We are no way ready to compete at the BE level.

Seems June said we would set the tone for our season at Baylor. Umm...check that.

Then we heard SFA would show us how the offense had come together. Umm...check that.

Unfortunately...I don't think any of us know what we have as a team yet.

So...it's the A&M game that will finally show us what we have. Umm...maybe. :-)

Not ready to compete in the Big East? Thats nuts. The top of CUSA is as good as the middle of the BE. its not that big a jump. Now if you say we are not ready to compete in the Big 12, well then yes i am with you on that one - but i think we will be just fine in the BE.
