Just as many people last year who thought we couldn't go into TCU and win, AND we did! Now, the same people say there's no way in **** we are gonna beat A&M in our own backyard? I really do think we have a shot at winning this game, even if it's a last second field goal.
Your thoughts.

Believe me I hope we do win, especially at home but they just seem to be bigger stronger and better planned. Also my doubt that this will feel like a home game given our strong fan base... Just my opinion, but I hope ATM will go in thinking easy game and getbabrude awakening but most likely from their lost they will try to score 21 in first qtr to knock our morale completely off

It is up to our guys to play hard and no mistake football. Tough to do, but we have to win.

My thoughts:
At this time last year we were a better football team.
TCU had'nt taken us seriously.
A&M looked good against Florida in the 1st half - dynamic offense, QB, physical play, good D.
A&M will be ready to bounce back.
After the TCU game last year, we no longer have the advantage of flying under the radar.
Hopefully JJ will open up the playbook WRs are healthy and Gilbert will stretch his arm downfield...fingers crossed...

I remember many here looking down on the team after the A&M blowout and a tougher than expected UTEP game.
TCU had'nt taken us seriously.
They took everyone seriously after BU beat them, ULM played well for a half, and AFA fought them.

A&M offense had 2 things click for the 1st half- QB draw & screens. UF stopped rushing upfield and cut that crap out in half 2 and A&M couldn't move. Manziel didn't throw downfield at all and if he doesn't improve SMU might be able to stop them.
It was not until halftime Muschamp successfully convinced his defensive linemen they didn't need to worry about their pass rush.
"We have a very aggressive front and (the Aggies) had a good plan coming in with a quarterback that has legs," Muschamp said. "They were going to invite us to run up the field and they were going to hit run creases. Finally at halftime I told them I'm firing you if you run upfield again. Sit on the line of scrimmage, squeeze blocks inside and quit running up the field. That's what they want you to do."
Guess what.
Texas A&M punted on all six second-half possessions, Florida quarterback Jeff Driskel hit one big pass play, a 39-yard sideline pattern to Omarius Hines that set up a go-ahead touchdown run by Mike Gillislee early in the fourth quarter, and that was that.

UF's offense is horrendous and struggled vs Bowling Green. Jury is out on Aggie D.
A&M will be ready to bounce back.

A&M will want to bounce back but if their pass game doesn't improve they might struggle vs the SMU D enough for SMU to steal one.

We have a much better chance of beating A&M than we did of beating Baylor or TCU. This was the game I was hoping we could get that will allow us to enter conference play at 2-2.
