Speaking of the NBE

What would be your choice of the new SMU division of the NBE? For me:
Red Division
SMU
SDSU
LOUISVILLE
MEMPHIS
UCONN
USF
Crossover v. HOUSTON (permanent), RUTGERS and TEMPLE (rotating every two years)
Other permanent SDSU-Boise, Rutgers-Uconn, UL-UC, USF-UCF, Memphis-Temple.
Blue Division
HOUSTON
BOISE
CINCINNATI
TEMPLE
RUTGERS
UCF

Not much to really help with football attendance in either division. Basketball is going to be awesome once you put in G'town and Villanova!

Wouldn't it be like West:
SMU
Houston
SDSU
Boise St.
Louisville
UCF
East:
Rutgers
UConn
Temple
USF
Memphis
Cincy
With UCF playing USF every year
Then add navy to east side and west will end up getting either A/F or BYU

Seems like you would keep Louisville and Cincy together or at least Louisville and Memphis.
How is UCF west? West central Florida?

If that is your intention you might as well switch Louisville and South Florida.

Switch UCF & Memphis.
