I'm taking LSU by 30 - Patterson won't know what hit him. I rarely ever say this but Geaux Tigers!

LSU really didn't show me much against Auburn.

Whatever- great exposure for TCU. I wish we'd play a big name opponent out there. I would think some major program would want to come here for the exposure, and play a team like SMU they consider an "easy" win. I always hoped Orsini would get a SMU-ND matchup while he was here...

Very envious of TCU, although I don't think we deserve an opportunity like this yet. TCU will have a much better turnout than we can produce. I was very impressed with their turnout at the Rose Bowl considering their size.

Players WILL get hurt. The type of HURT that results in Big 12 expulsion. The following year will better though...... When those frog fans show up in Death Valley they will get a fan experience that will warrant an HBO Real Sports segment.

This single neutral site game replaces the home and home so no trip to baton rouge which sucks. I got to attend an lsu-fla game and have never experienced anything like it.

I went to the first Cowboys Classic where TCU played Oregon State. I would say there were approximately 50,000 people there, with about 35,000 being TCU fans. That's just a ballpark figure from memory, but the point is that they had a good turnout.
The next year, I attended the second Cowboys Classic featuring LSU v Oregon. The place was jam packed and I'd say a good 75,000 of the crowd was LSU. It was really impressive.
A TCU - LSU matchup probably won't be a very good football game, but it will be very well attended.

Congrats to TCU on playing on the big stage. I remember when TCU was a pathetic program 12 years ago. They really made a commitment and turned their program around.

The Bama - Michigan game had over 90,000 fans and set a record at JerryWorld for a college football game.

LOL at the SEC homers here. We will more than represent. I expect to hear the following excuses following that game:
"We didn't bring our A game"
"We were flat"
"We didn't take them seriously"
"Anyone can get up for one game. No way they could handle the week in/week out grind of the SEC"
"If they want to come to Baton Rouge next year it will be a different story" - ala Wisconsin's coach
"They have a decent team but their fanbase is terrible. We had way more people there"
"I feel sorry for Patterson's towel girl. She is cute though"
"We weren't properly prepared. LEs is on the hot seat"
Blah blah blah.
Now blast away because, some how, TCU fans expect to not just compete but win everytime we take the field.
