I'll admit, I was feeling a little down after the the last 3 games. But, after watching this weeks stampede and reliving the awesome victory at tcu I am totally amped up for this weekend!!!
If McD can do it, so can GG!!!

It wasn't McDermott it was his WR that carried him. Whereas GG can only have a hope and a prayer that his WRs can learn to catch over this two week period

right or wrong wins and losses are pinned on the QB. My point was that I have gone from hoping we don't get blown out too bad to very excited to kick some tcu azzzzzz!!!
P.S. bringing the new baby to her 1st tailgate.... in all red and blue!!!

It wasn't McD? You can't be serious. Look at the film and tell me you're confident in Gilbert's ability to make those throws based on what you've seen so far.
By the way 2 of the 3 big play receivers from the TCU game are still on this roster. If we have any chance at all in this game it comes down to Gilbert miraculously becoming a decent QB. I want to feel good about this game and everytime I start to feel positive I remember how horrible the QB play has been.

There is a reason why he's called McDermott... For GG it's kind of hard to throw. Lifeless bodies considering they never get open nor can catch figure they should be defenders in a soccer game...

Agree with PonyPlayer 4: The narrator this week on the Stampede was worse than average. It was like they just grabbed some guy off the street and said, "Here, read this."
I don't understand it. Even if there was no money to hire another voice guy, there are plenty of amateurs who would have done a better job.
They also said Margus was "named" the best athlete in D-FW by the Dallas Morning News. Um, no. It was a goofy poll on the DMN's website.
But I don't expect journalistic accuracy from The Stampede. I DO expect a voice-over guy who lends some enthusiasm to a program aimed at diehard fans and potential recruits.
