I graduated from SMU and UT. SMU is not in UT's league in terms of partying.

Once L Don pushed drinking off campus, we lost our party mojo.

there are still plenty of very good parties.....you just have to hunt for them a bit more.

How did TCU make it? Never ever heard of them being known for partying. Yeah probably better than Baylor, but not by much.

The day I made my visit to SMU, there were people having a football game at 3pm at the IM field. Every spectator appeared to have their own 12 pack. There were people passed out on the IM field. All the frat houses had people drinking on their front porches. It was wild.

If I had been a FB recruit, I would have committed on the spot.

whoever that moyer kid is he is a [deleted] for saying "balling out"... and Idle Rich? very few people from SMU go there who dont already live in uptown or who are Sr's.

TCU thing is a total joke. been to plenty of events over there and can't compare with smu

The original Playboy club in Dallas was not Hef's but was located above Carroll Shelby's dealership on Yale.. IIRC it was owned by a guy named Charlie Syd. Although it was a private club many of the frats had private parties there.
