I have no idea what to make of this game. Was it the weather? Was it SMU? Was it TCU?


Anyways, Good game and best of luck to you all the rest of the season. It was a hard fought and tough game. You guys had me saying my prayers throughout the 4th quarter. I look forward to many more years of this rivalry.

As kind of a post that is, it was tcu kick return team and the weather along with both defenses that showed up at that rivalry game. Wish it was better played and better weather for rivalry atmosphere but I wonder how much longer we will be able to maintain the rivalry as I was in the stand listening your fans saying how they should end it after this game since it does them no good to play us and times are changing and best for us to close the books on football. Anyways just depressing day for all

I'm not sure. I might have predicted that TCU would lose the 2011 game on here.

Either way I can see their points even if its something I don't want to happen. As SMUer said, reunion tower is lit up with TCU, probably because they don't want to be embarrassingly associated with us. The big east thing helps but you have to wonder how much longer do we have before we are considered pseudo 1-AA team... JJ deal was a hope that he could take us 7-5, 8-4, 9-3 ASAP and consistently especially competitive against our past conference rivals

Big East is a no-go with Texas recruits. We are at a bigger disadvantage recruiting against TCU than ever in my lifetime. But hey at this point I'd just like to see a commit from a player with an offer list
