Regarding the wet conditions and dropped passes....don't teams practice in rainstorms as long as there is no lightning and if no rain don't teams actually practice with water-logged footballs in a practice or two to prepare in case those wet conditions become a reality? Anybody know if we did or did we cancel practice or move it indoors till the rain passed?

Announcer is wrong. The team practices in the rain, as long as there isn't lightning. I have sat out there watching.

No, he was talking about wet footballs on sunny days. He said that Patterson practices with wet footballs (dunks them in water on purpose) every Thursday. Patterson does not wait for it to rain to practice with wet footballs. I did not say anything about the rain so you misinterpreted what I said.
