Even if we wanted to keep Jones, if he ever actually tried to recruit he now has no momentum or authority.
Team on the downslope. Head coach tried to leave. Who with options will come play for a program like that?

We should coach by committee, with a bunch of Ponyfans.
At least we'd have some **^% excitement on the sidelines and HEART during the game.

Clearly an interim head coach is better than the garbage we're seeing. And Mason's defense sure let Tulane go down the field for a damn TD in one minute like nothing.

Well maybe if they have no other D1A offers or no offers at all.
