Still expect us to win at home against the Coogs. The team that beat Utep can and should beat Houston at home. We'll see. If we don't, it will be disappointing and another black mark on JJ, although black is his fave color.

some people might not relate to this, but in reality and Vegas, SMU probably has a better chance of beating the Coogs right now than if we had punched it in and beaten Tulane by 10. Barring the team curling up into the fetal postion, they should be angry, determined and more focused on Thursday. That's the way football go.

The Coogs have not played a tough team yet. SMU can do it.

I expect to see shades of USM/Tulsa last year- I think the team will pack it in because the see how poorly they are being prepared by the coaching staff.

Question is how UH will do out of town. Coogs are 0-1 outside Houston (@UCLA). Other than A&M, SMU played TCU tough at home and blew out SFA.
