To all alumni of Arizona State University:
SMU is a small private university. You are alumni of a large public university (a 2011 enrollment of 72,254 according to Wikipedia!).
Will you please help us? Please send emails and make phone calls to SMU's administration and athletic offices demanding the removal of JJ from the Hilltop.
You all did such a magnificent job last year to keep JJ away from ASU, we are hoping that you can help us with our current situation. SMU's numbers may not be enough by themselves to effect change. But with your help, we can flood SMU's email servers and administrators' mail boxes.
Hopefully, our administrators will be as receptive as your administration was.
Sincerely,
All SMU fans.
PS: Congratulations being 5-1 overall and 3-0 in conference.

Funny and notice that ASU is 5-1 and 3-0 IN conference...they didn't have to wait 5-6 games before the QB is in synch with the offense...????....hmmmmm

I love this guy's avatar. An upside down SMU flag. A sign of distress!!! Genius. We should all start wearing our smu gear inside out.

Thanks, but it's not original. Someone else on here has an upside down pony. But I do like the idea of us sending some type of a visible statement, while still supporting the kids, of course.

As an act of solidarity, let's all wear black button-down shirts with leis and iron-on ASU patches. Wear SMU headgear for the players, and cheer like crazy.

We apparently have to wait 57 games before the QB is in synch with the offense.

Yeah but, leave the lone star in the blue field. Put the mustang in the white field and the "SMU" in the red field and it will be really beautiful!
