Love what JJ has done at SMU but does he have passion, drive, want to?

Stupid outsider question... That looked like a New England Patriots cap he had on. Does he have a relationship with them? Seems like a head coach would have either his team's hat on all the time or at worst his team's uniform sponsor.

Word is he got it from former Mustang Sterling Moore who plays for the Pats.
