Until last year, we had never beaten Memphis. We are in the same position we were for Tulane. Playing a vastly inferior team with a chance to go .500 even though this team has an overall winning record against us. This is a must win. Yes, a must win. We have no room for error if we are to have a decent to good season. Face it, by losing to Tulane this team increased the pressure upon itself every week through the end of the season.
Will the Mustangs that played like Champions Thursday show up or with the Mustangs of the post-DP era show up (like they did for Tulane)?
Weather is 30% rain with a high in the low 60s.
I hope we bury this team even though it will upset some that desire we lose so we have reason to fire the coach. I feel their pain but I love to win. You know, its, like, better than losing!

Absolute must win. Have to start fast.
Same formula: blitz/bring pressure and RUN the ball!

What I have seen is local cable (TW Texas). Not here in Arkyland.

Televised on Time Warner Texas Channel.
Offense needs to continue to improve, defense needs to play its game-
Memphis with 3 turnovers last week, one returned for TD.
PUMPED! 8-4!

Great links. Thanks. Our D has an opportunity to continue its massive dominance. We could continue to improve on our takeaways this week. The O should find holes in the MSU defense. Possibly a great night for GG and our receivers?

It will be pretty humorous if we finish 8-4 and our losses are to A&M, Baylor, TCU and.....wait for it.....
Tulane

I'll laugh all the way to the bowl game (metaphorically if we head to Hawaii).
I know they aren't BSC bowls, but I and my family have had a blast at the Armed Forces Bowl and BBVA Compass Bowl.

SMU is a 20.5 point favorite (opening line).

IDIOTS

Getting a few steps ahead of reality . We need to think of ourselves as 14 points
down hitting the field.
Reminds me of what coach McCarty told us hitting the field at White Oak.
