The rifleman returns - Menu

Please help me thank Matt Ayers for harvesting a nice hog for me to cook in honor of Memphis. I will be putting a spicy rub and smoking this pig this week. Then it will be placed in the commercial crook pot to make Memphis pulled pork.

Since it is an early game I will also prepare a few varieties of quiche. Real men not only eat quicge but bake it too.

Now I pray that the passion that I saw against Houston returns this week. Yes, I am going to print off a few signs to support the players.

As BUS and I have said before, it all starts up front, so if the big guys play well we will win this game. Go get 'em Bigs! Support these kids.

I have a metric ton of processed, wrapped venison: backstraps, steaks, link sausage, chili, etc.

Hate to cook. Gonna start giving it away since we'll be "harvesting" more soon.

If I can ship it without spoilage, I will..

Have I told you that I am the charter founder of the Richardson Order of PETA.
People for the Eating of Tasty Animals.

AS the founder, I have three freezers at my house. If you are in need of a home for your harvesting, please keep me in mind.

And hope to bless all with the brotherhood and sisterhood of PETA.

Bus we had more wild trapped hogs than we knew what to do with a few weeks ago. They were in need of "adoption" in the worst way and may have been honored to make a Blvd appearance. Will keep you in mind for some next time.

WHAT? A metric TON?

How close is that to a "normal" ton? You must have a huge family ... and a lot of hungry friends!

Nice! Man, I wish I could get there and eat some. (I was born and raised in Memphis and I think I have BBQ sauce in my veins). ;-) I might have to get some Corky's flown in to California where I live now.

Picked up the pig on ice last night. No not the Disney show but the real thing.
Spice and store for a day then on to the smoker.

This week I am going to test a new BBQ sauce.

Get up by 21 and rest the starters. Can we plan out that far in a game plan???
