Outside of the fact that the TicketCity Bowl isn't even called the TicketCity Bowl any more, and that it's suppose to be Big 12 vs Big 10, I'd be all down for a New Years Day game vs Purdue at the Cotton Bowl.

I thought UCF couldn't play in the post season (Conference title game or Bowl) One guy has them in a bowl!

NIce to see we are even considered a bowl worthy team. Need to win this one. Last 'easy' chance for a win (after Tulane nothing is easy but this isn't a good team and its at home for us). Win big and get some rest for our starters. Get some younger guys a little experience. And get back to .500. A big game to be sure.

of course they're appealing. they've got a pretty clear shot to the championship. no matter who is there from the west. right now it will probably come down to us or tulsa, and while tulsa has more wins right now, they're all close wins against subpar teams.

I think Houston will beat Tulsa.

Perfect scenario for us would be for us to win out and Houston beats Tulsa. We play in championship game against UCF and go win big in the Hawaii Bowl. I'd be very happy with that season with momentum heading into next year in the BE (with a monster TV deal announced). If we can just pick up a big DT, I'll even be ok with this recruiting class and like our chances in the Big East (it's not as good as some on here think it will be - we will be competitive from the very beginning).

My we are happy today. I am hopeful that the performance against Houston is the norm and generates some positive momentum for the rest of the season. I want wins, despite my frustrations with the coach.

I can't take the scout.com predictions seriously if they think Oklahoma State will finish 3rd in the Big 12. They may lose their next 6 games.
