Does Zach Line Actually Hurt Us? (June)

First of all, I am a huge Zach fan, he is a beast and has a heart the size of Texas and the talent just as close.
However, we totally misuse him, all he does is run draws from the pistol or the shot gun, he catches a few screens. Zach belongs in a pro style offense with a full back with some element of surpise, maybe something like UCF runs.
If you are going to be a run and shoot team, dammit...be a run and shoot team....your runningback should either be on the sideline because we have five wideouts, or he should be blocking...we should be passing every down, if we are going to commit to this disaster of an offense...5 wideouts, making reads.....controlled short passes that then open up the deep plays.
Zach, however, is such a good back, and our offense is so out of sync, that we have to rely on him. Yet, June won't adjust to the talent, we have cruddy receivers. DJ could get open in a prostyle offense, put Garrett under center, give him a full back, and let's pound the line and make the defense guess that we may back drop back for a pass. Hell, maybe we could even read a defense and do a kill play, instead of just June whispering something to Gilbert without even seeing the defense.
Bottom line, the run and shoot does not work when you run that much, you spread the field and fling it down the field. June is trying to half [deleted] his half assed offense, and it don't work against a mediocre to decent defense.
We all know June won't adapt, so I would just assume us try his scheme and pass it every down and try and hit some plays.
