Your opinion is exactly right, too. This incessant complaining at the expense of actually supporting the team is embarrassing and childish.

I'm pretty sure anyone who wastes time on PF is probably a bigger supporter of the team than 90% of smu's total fanbase. It's ridiculous to suggest you aren't supporting the team because you have complaints about the coach.

the complaining of being childish is far more inaccurate than somebody stupidly as creating a topic about him being coach of the year.

P.S.- there was no mention of the players or not supporting the players.

In this case, that's true, but the constant complaining is wasted here and takes away from the constructive discussion about SMU that makes this site great. It's fine to have complaints, but there are some who blame Coach for everything, even when he had nothing to do with it. Fine, he's not your top choice, but there are some on here who can't find a reason to be supportive because they're too busy blaming everything on Coach.

I don't mind criticism of the Coach, but to refer to him as "dog catcher/garbage man" is demeaning and uncalled for.
