I think jj has lied to his players as he has no authority to tell them they are going to hawaii. the conference makes that decision and tiki has no say in the matter.

Let's just hope the Hawaii Bowl comes through with an invite, if they don't we'll sleepwalk through whatever mainland bowl we end up in.

The AD said they do, and I think he is right.

I think what happened today was June told the team they are going to Hawai`i under the assumption the C-USA champion goes to LIberty and the Hawai`i Bowl has already told him they will take SMU.

This scenario is 99.9% likely, but not 100% official obviously until the C-USA Championship is decided and we see how many C-USA/Big East/SEC teams are eligible.

Ugh I hate that they think this is a good bowl or this bowl even matters. Really wish our players were more like the BCS teams that WANT to play the big boys. Hoping that the school picks the best bowl possible if given the choice. If Hawaii is then great Ill be watching it late on the 25th.
