Both Fresno and Boise Under Consideration for Hawaii Bowl

I thought Fresno was a done deal but they have not yet received an invitation. Only MWC teams that remain are Boise and Fresno and only Las Vegas Bowl and Hawaii Bowl are conference affiliation bowls. Boise plays Nevada Saturday

I think you mean the only 2 bowls yet to determine who they are inviting, as the MWC has tie-ins to several bowls.
New Mexico Bowl
Poinsettia Bowl
Las Vegas
Hawaii
Armed Forces

As I understand it, if Boise loses to Nevada, then Fresno goes to LV and Boise goes to Hawaii. Go Wolfpack?

I'm guessing the spread on SMU - Boise would be Boise by 14.

Yes, we want media attention, but we also have to win when they are watching! We'd get creamed by Boise, Fresno and likely SDSU and that does us no good media-wise or recruiting-wise. Too many SMU blowouts happen on national TV, and I don't have confidence in this staff to keep us competitive against a solid opponent. Sadly, we need another Nevada/Pitt crushing of someone who doesn't care.

BSU please although we'd likely get smoked like a pig at a luau.
We need the Brady Bunch tiki amulet to throw around their necks like we did with Nevada.
