No denying he's a good Coach but how does he fit Arkansas, SEC or recruiting footprint? This is often a big mistake in hiring Coaches. Some have the personality to fit well in a lot of circumstances-often you get a Fish out of Water.

I can only guess that Arky believes he can move to the SEC as (relatively) seamlessly as Saban and Miles. That may be a tall order.

He's definitely going to need an serious attitude adjustment to fit in the SEC. He's been in the Midwest his entire career and just a few months ago he whined about Urban Meyer's SEC-like recruiting tactics. Better use that Arkansas money to get some aggressive southern recruiters.

Arkansas fans seem to be elated with the hire. One caller to a local sports show said he is a fantastic recruiter which could be verified by his hot 27 year old wife.

That's the question for me - 3-time Big 10 champ to a middle of the road SEC job?
Someone suggested the difference may not just be in the HC's salary, but also in the Assisstant's salaries - BB has lost a number of assistant coaches over the years due to the fact that UW has not kept up the money for assistants.
