Predictably, always best to get the first suit in and have a friendly jurisdiction. Just ask WVU.

Nothing like stability. If the NBE makes it past two years, I will be shocked.

IMO there is a major difference between WVA leaving and Rutgers. WVA paid more than their buyout to get an early release. The buyout changed before Rutgers decided to leave. Hence nBE should expect Rutgers to pay at least the same % over the regular buyout to get an early release. My opinion is that Rutgers doesn't want to pay anything nor adhere to any of the bylaws that were in existence when they decided to go to B1G.
