The year of an AQ spot is tempting but the key to this is what happens after 2013...I'm split on this one.

MHver3 ‏ @ MHver3

SMU and Houston to accept invites to the MWC.

@SFcal
Houston is one of the most valuable midmajor products. The MWC would be better to have them.

Following Boise around >>>>>>>>>>> sitting around with USM, Marshall, UTEP, UNT among others clawing for a way out.

MWC Commish Thompson has spoken to 3-5 schools in last 24 hours as possible MWC entrants.

The last non-AQ schools to get invited to a power 5 conference came out of the MWC. Maybe we can drag Cincy along if we're all going in.

SMU and UH need to stay together but really the MWC and their late nite games nobody watches aren't great choices for SMU or UH either-BYU might make it more palitable

TCU didn't play late night games. If we do go, I think they'll give us a deal similar to TCU's.

We won't play one down in the MWC. Temporary affiliation on the way to PAC for SMU/UH.
